Single form for full identity data, KYC anti-money-laundering, privacy notice and professional mandate acceptance. Data is encrypted at application level, stored on systems under firm control, with immutable audit log and AML-compliant retention.

Upload required documents. All files are antimalware-scanned at upload, OCR-processed to pre-fill missing fields, and encrypted before storage. Allowed formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, max 10 MB each.

Purposes: (a) gestione del mandato professionale conferito; (b) adempimenti AML (D.Lgs. 231/2007); (c) obblighi fiscali e contabili; (d) eventuale comunicazione operativa via email; (e) — solo con consenso facoltativo — utilizzo di strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale a supporto dell'attività professionale interna allo Studio (mai per profilazione marketing).

Legal basis: contract performance, legal obligation, consent (for optional purposes).

Retention: 10 anni dalla chiusura del mandato per obblighi AML (art. 31 D.Lgs. 231/2007); periodi differenti per pratiche con prescrizioni più lunghe.

Rights: accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità (art. 15-22 GDPR). Reclamo al Garante Privacy.

Extra-EU transfers: non previsti salvo necessità tecnica con SCC e TIA documentati.

Il sottoscritto / la sottoscritta, identificato/a come da dati anagrafici sopra riportati, conferisce con il presente atto al Studio Legale Mittone — Via Morghen 22, 10143 Torino — incarico professionale per le materie e nei limiti che seguono.

Oggetto. Lo Studio assume l'incarico di prestare assistenza legale, stragiudiziale e — ove specificato — giudiziale, nelle materie indicate in fase di onboarding e da successiva specifica intesa scritta.

Compensi. I compensi e le spese sono determinati con preventivo separato sottoscritto dalle parti, conforme alla L. 247/2012 e al Codice Deontologico Forense. In assenza di preventivo si applicano i parametri D.M. 55/2014.

Conflitto di interessi. Lo Studio dichiara di aver eseguito le verifiche di propria competenza; ulteriori sopravvenute incompatibilità saranno tempestivamente comunicate.

Antiriciclaggio. Le parti si impegnano agli obblighi di adeguata verifica e collaborazione di cui al D.Lgs. 231/2007.

Recesso. Ciascuna parte può recedere con preavviso scritto, con le tutele dell'art. 32 Cod. Deont. Forense.

Foro competente. Foro di Torino per qualunque controversia.
